Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
● Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
● Rest of India: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹999.
Shipping charges, wherever applicable, may vary depending on the delivery pincode and order details.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

Service Availability
At present, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
No Returns. No Refunds.
All products sold on Prismax India are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Items that have been opened, used, or partially use
- Sale items, promotional items, combo kits, or non-returnable product categories
Replacement Only Policy
We only offer replacement, and not refunds, in genuine cases where the issue is reported within the required claim period and meets our verification criteria.
Claim Window
Any issue related to:
- damaged product received,
- wrong product received, or
- missing item(s)
must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any replacement request, a clear full unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must:
- start before the package is opened,
- clearly show the outer packaging,
- show the shipping label,
- and capture the full opening process without cuts or edits.
Claims raised without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Replacement Conditions
Approved claims will be eligible for replacement only. No refund will be provided under any circumstance.
Replacement eligibility will be subject to verification by our support team.
Reverse Shipping
In cases where replacement is approved and reverse shipment is required, the customer will bear the reverse shipping charges, unless otherwise communicated by our team.
Non-Returnable Products
All products on our website are considered non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- detailing chemicals
- liquids and sprays
- consumables
- bundles and kits
- discounted or sale items
- any product once opened or used
No Returns Whatsoever
