How long do the chemicals last once opened?
Sealed products have a shelf life of months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, close the cap tightly, store away from direct sunlight and frost, and use within months for best performance.
Are PRISMAX products safe on all paint types and finishes?
Our chemicals are formulated for modern automotive clear coats, including matte and satin finishes where stated on the label. Always read the product instructions and test on a small area first, especially on wrapped, repainted, or delicate surfaces.
Do I need any tools or accessories along with the product?
Most maintenance products only need a clean microfiber towel or applicator. Compounds need a machine polisher and the right pads, and foam products need the Foam Meister or a compatible foam setup. Each product page lists what pairs with it.
Can I buy PPF or ceramic coating for self-application?
Our detailing chemicals, waxes, and maintenance range are made for DIY use. Paint protection film and our professional ceramic coatings are installed only by trained detailers, since surface preparation, controlled conditions, and warranty registration are part of the process.
What if my order arrives damaged or leaking?
Share photos of the outer box, the product, and the invoice within hours of delivery at d2c@prismaxindia.com . We will arrange a replacement or refund after a quick check.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes and order values.
